Theresa Webb, M.A., NIGP-CPM, CPPO, CPPB, C.P.M. has over 30 years of experience in procurement in both the private and public sectors with about 18 years in public sector procurement. In her leadership roles prior to retirement from public procurement, Theresa oversaw the procurement of goods, services, technology, construction, capital improvement and PCard Administration. She has a Bachelors' in Business Administration and a Masters' degree in Business Management. Theresa is a certified NIGP Instructor, and a current Chair of the NIGP Accreditation Committee. Theresa is a member of NIGP, FAPPO, and North Florida Chapter of NIGP, and has been a member of multiple boards, committees, panels, task forces and councils for those organizations over the years. She was recognized by NIGP in 2013 as National Buyer of the Year.

Completion Requirements
In order to successfully complete the NIGP Competency Module, learners must:
Attend and participate in the entirety of the instructional event.
Complete the post-course evaluation survey available in Aspire.
Complete the final assessment examination with a score of 83% or higher.

Cancellation Policy
Registration and payment must be received 24 hours prior to the course start date. After this time, registrations will be based on space availability. A full refund, less a $75 administrative fee will be given for cancellations made in writing 31+ days prior to the seminar date by emailing RegistrationInfo@nigp.org. No refunds are given for cancellations received within 24 hours of the seminar start date. There are no refunds for no-shows. If the seminar is cancelled for any reason, NIGP's liability is limited to the registration fee only.
