Overview
NIGP has been conducting salary studies for procurement professionals for the past 20 years. This workshop will examine the 20-year trend in terms of salaries, demographics, retention data, gender, race, and ethnic disparities in pay. The workshop will also explore different studies conducted by the author based on this data.

Presenter Bio(s)
Mohamad G. Alkadry serves as a Professor of Public Policy and the inaugural Director of the UConn School of Public Policy. He is also an affiliated faculty of Women’s, Gender and Sexuality Studies at UConn. His research interests include social equity and disparate outcomes of policies on individuals and communities of color. He also publishes in the areas of sustainable public procurement and gender equity.

with each webinar. The group sign-in form does not register anyone for the
webinar, it just verifies live attendance. Each person will receive their login
email on the day of the webinar – this verifies their registration.
