NEW NIGP SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE

Thanks to the generous support of our government partner Sourcewell, NIGP will be offering members $200,000 in scholarships from now through June 2025.

Whether it’s scholarships for our Pathways learning curriculum, attending NIGP Forum, Leadership Summit, or VCON, as a member of NIGP, you’ll be able to prioritize the critical learning you need to continue growing, and thriving in public procurement.

Scholarship Eligibility Requirements

Must be...


A member of NIGP (agency/individual) in good standing.

 

Must not be...


A past recipient of a NIGP scholarship award such as:

  • 2024 Leadership Summit (Edge or Impact Scholarship)
  • 2023/2024 Professional Development Scholarship
  • 2024 Forum Scholarship (In person or Virtual)

PLEASE NOTE: Applicants will only be awarded ONE scholarship from the following programs:

LEADERSHIP SCHOLARSHIPS

Edge Program

APPLICATION PERIOD CLOSED

Unleash your leadership potential with Edge, our leadership program for emerging leaders. All admitted participants will receive a scholarship of $650 to be used towards the cost of the Edge program registration. This year’s program runs from November 5, 2024, to March 4, 2025, featuring a blend of virtual sessions and the in-person experience during Leadership Summit in Chicago, from February 20-22, 2025.

Impact Program

APPLICATION PERIOD CLOSED

Step into your power with Impact, the NIGP leadership program focused on senior practitioners. Scholarships are available for Impact which will take place during Leadership Summit from February 20-22, 2025, in Chicago. Awardees will receive a scholarship of $850  to cover the Impact registration fee. This year’s program features a blend of virtual sessions and the in-person experience during Leadership Summit in Chicago, from February 20-22, 2025.

Apply these scholarships ($1,500) to Pathways educational courses by June 30, 2025.     NIGP is providing members with scholarships to attend our NIGP Forum 2024. These scholarships are geared towards individuals who would otherwise not attend due to lack of funding.  We are so grateful to our government partner Sourcewell for aiding NIGP’s mission to develop, support, and promote our members.

  • NIGP Professional Development Scholarships

    Your professional development is of utmost importance to NIGP.  The NIGP Professional Development scholarships are here to help propel your career forward and provide the tools, resources and direction you need to be successful.

    NIGP’s professional development scholarship program provides members who lack funding and are interested in taking their career to the next level with a $1,250 scholarship toward NIGP’s Concierge and Pathways programs.

    The Workforce Development program will help recipients take the next step in creating individualized learning roadmaps.
