    A thorough strategic assessment of a public entity’s procurement operations.  This holistic assessment focuses on aligning the procurement operation with the mission and vision of the entity and public procurement best practices.


    A review of enabling procurement legislation (statutes, ordinances, policies and procedures) for identification of potential policy revisions for improved performance, alignment with industry best practices and maximizing the effectiveness of the procurement function.
