Lab 5: Prevailing Wages (Davis Bacon)

The federal laws, acts and regulations administered by the Department of Labor are collectively called the Davis Bacon and Related Acts. They apply to the expenditure of federal funds for major maintenance and construction projects over $2,000 in value (there are a few exceptions). Failure to properly comply with rules can have major financial and public relations impact.
