Description
A critical role that procurement practitioners serve is ensuring deliverables meet an end user’s needs. Practitioners must understand how to inspect deliverables based on specific criteria and manage any issues when a deliverable does not meet the necessary criteria.
Objectives
In order to successfully earn a digital badge, learners must:
- Create Quality Assurance processes for contracts.
- Perform quality tests and inspections of various types of contract deliverables.
- Accept or reject deliverables based on criteria.
- Develop action plans to address non-conformance.
- Evaluate and conduct a termination of contract.
