Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your registration, here’s what you need to know:

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing to forum@nigp.org.
  • Cancellations received on or before June 27, 2025, will be refunded in full, less a $175 administrative processing fee.
  • If you cancel after June 27, 2025, no refunds will be issued. However, if you registered for the in-person event, you can switch to the virtual forum instead. Please note that this transfer does not include a refund.
  • Can’t attend but know someone who can? You can transfer your registration to a colleague from your organization at any time.
  • We’re unable to offer refunds for no-shows or early departures.

Attendee Participation

By participating in the Forum 2025, you agree that NIGP is authorized to share your name and contact information with Forum 2025 exhibitors and sponsors.

Attendee Code of Conduct

NIGP is dedicated to providing a safe, friendly, welcoming, and harassment-free environment at all NIGP hosted/sponsored events, whether in-person, online, or virtual.
