NIGP also offers webinars for chapter officers. These webinars are designed to help chapter officers lead their chapters effectively with topics such as leadership development, marketing, event planning, navigating tax and legal issues, and more.

NIGP is proud to offer webinar sessions in partnership with ASPA and the Public Spend Forum. They are free for members to attend and last 90 minutes (60-70 minutes of presentation with time for Q&A). Attendees receive one (1) contact hour per completed webinar that they attend.

How do I access the webinar?

You will receive an email from Zoom with your unique join information or you can join via your ASPIRE LMS account.  Please check your spam and junk folders for the join information before contacting us.  If you are missing your join information email and do not see the webinar in your ASPIRE LMS account, please contact customercare@nigp.org


What should I do if I’m having technical issues?

NIGP webinars utilize Zoom.  Please review the Zoom requirements prior to the webinar to ensure your system is ready to go.  You can also test your connection here.


Who should I contact with additional webinar questions?

Please contact customercare@nigp.org for any webinar questions.

How do I get credit for attending a webinar?

  • To receive credit, you must be registered and attend the entire webinar

  • Credit will be applied to your account within 3 business days after the webinar

  • A certificate of completion can be viewed or downloaded via your ASPIRE LMS account.  Your NIGP transcript will also reflect credit, which you can check by viewing your NIGP profile.

How do I register for a webinar?

Registrations are based on a per-person registration fee (member/non-member).  For questions contact: customercare@nigp.org

Registrations will be handled online only.

If you are viewing as a group, each person in your group must be registered.  A Group Registration Form will be sent out the morning of the webinar.  Please fill this out with each person in your group and return to distancelearning@nigp.org


How do I cancel my webinar registration?

Members should keep their registration in order to receive the webinar recording.

Non-members should contact customercare@nipg.org to request a refund.  You must email customer care prior to the webinar occurring in order to receive a refund.

All registered participants who do not attend will not receive credit.
